Easifix K is a retention bandage made from high-grade viscose and polyamide fibres. As well as being lightweight, soft and breathable, this all-rounder is highly elastic and flexible, making Easifix ® K the bandage of choice even for joints.

K-Band (Urgo) – market leader.
K-Band consists of a lightweight knitted fabric combining viscose and nylon.
Due to its knitted structure, the bandage is highly conformable in use.
Sizes: 5cm x 4m / 7cm x 4m / 10cm x 4m / 15cm x 4m (we have one extra size – 2.5cm x 4m)
